Elite TV Installation Las Vegas provides TV mounting, home theater, and AV installation across the Las Vegas valley. This page explains what information we collect when you text us, request a quote, or browse this website — and what we do with it.
What We Collect
Information you give us. When you text us, call, or submit the quote request form, we collect what you choose to send: your name, phone number, email address if you provide one, and the content of your message — including any job details or photos of the wall you send along.
Basic website analytics. We use Vercel Web Analytics to see how the site is used: which pages get visited, roughly where visitors come from, and which links get clicked. It measures in aggregate and is privacy-friendly by design — no cookies, no cross-site tracking, and no advertising profile built about you.
We do not knowingly collect information from children, and we do not sell personal information.
How We Use It
- To answer your question and give you a quote
- To schedule the install, confirm the details, and follow up about the work
- To handle warranty or service questions on a job we've already done
- To understand how the website is used so we can improve it
We don't use your number for unrelated marketing, and asking for a quote doesn't put you on a mailing list.
Who We Share It With
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only where it's needed to run the business, and only as far as needed:
- Service providers that operate the site and our communications — for example our website host and our phone and messaging carrier
- Where we're required to by law, or where it's necessary to establish or defend a legal claim
Text Messages
Texting is how most of our customers reach us, and we reply the same way. Standard message and data rates from your carrier apply. We use your number to handle your job and nothing else — reply STOP at any time and we'll stop texting you.
Cookies and Analytics
This site doesn't use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. Our analytics is cookieless and reports in aggregate, so we see page-level trends rather than any individual visitor's browsing history.
Some pages link out to third-party services such as Google Maps or Yelp. Once you follow one of those links, that company's own privacy policy governs what it collects.
Keeping Your Information Safe
We use reasonable safeguards to protect what we hold, and we keep quote and job records only as long as we need them for business and warranty purposes. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, so please don't send sensitive information such as financial account or ID numbers through the form or by text.
Your Choices
You can ask us what information we have about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. You can also ask us to stop contacting you. Text or call (702) 601-7399 and tell us what you'd like — we handle these requests ourselves.
Changes to This Policy
If we update this policy, we'll post the new version here and update the effective date at the top of the page.
